Hi,
I would like to try BCV (studio) and have a few questions.
Have a special needs son who doesn't eat much in the restaurants - thought having a kitchenette would be helpful.

Do you still get mousekeeping services?
Will I still be able to use Magical Express?

Thank you.

I think the Kitchenette is very small. If you think you will do most of the cooking you might want to look at a 1-Bedroom but a studio may work fine for you.

Mousekeeping is not everyday at a DVC. For stays of 7 days or less you get Trash and Towel Service on Day 4. For stays of 8 days or longer you get Full Cleaning on Day 4 and Trash and Towel on Day 8, Full Cleaning on Day 12, etc.

You can pay extra for Daily Mousekeeping with 24 hour notice.

You can utilize Magical Express when renting/staying at DVC resorts.

Keep in mind the 'kitchenette' in the studios does not have any real cooking abilities. It has a mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and small microwave, but no means to actually cook. IF that's all you need that will be fine, but if you want a regular refrigerator, stove, etc, you'll have to get a 1-B/R.

Here's a photo of the typical kitchenette in the studios:

If you want daily housekeeping service, you may request it at check in. The cost is $25 per day requested for a studio. It is more for the larger units.

Best wishes -

I rented points to a coworker and they were able to use the Magical Express. You can rent points via the rent/trade board.

Good luck.

One bad thing about renting is that you can get hooked. I did and now own.
