You might want to check the Renter's thread. But I expect there wouldn't be many. Plus the number rooms available to reserve with points is very limited.

If trend holds (compared to other recent resorts), you'll need to be lucky at 7 months. Most people who buy a new resort want to actually use their points the first year.
