Renting points for 1 night

Hi all I'm thinking of renting points for 1 night stay at a deluxe resort how does the early entry/LL reservations/free parking at a theme park work? Is it on check in day or check out day? Obviously I know I can't get my room till 4pm but can I use the benefits from 7am?

You're entitled to the benefits of being a resort guest from official check in time (6 AM) until midnight of your checkout day.
