Renting from Disney Car Care Center

Hello,

We are renting a car from National for one day while staying on site. Can somebody tell me how the Car Care Center works? Will they send a shuttle to pick me up to go and get the rental? We will be staying at Pop Century the day the car is picked up but will be moving to BCV on the day I need to return it. I was thinking that it would be easiest to pick it up from the National Car Care center (if they have a shuttle that will pick me up) and return it to the Dolphin since it is in the Epcot MGM area. Has anyone rented from the Car Care Center?

We have rented from there, but it has been awhile. Our experience was that they do send a shuttle to pick you up and take you back. There may be a car rental desk at your hotel or a phone that dials directly into the CCC (have never stayed at POP), but, failing that, the front desk can handle your request.

It is my understanding that they have a shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour past the hour, and you are to call 1 hour before you need the car. They should then pick you up, and bring you there. I am renting with Alamo, but they are in the same building so I assume they have the same guidelines.
They should have a phone # at the resort since they are "affiliated" with Disney.

Emerald counter works exactly same as the regular rental counter. It just has a special line for emerald club members.
