renting DVC and FP+ reservation

If I rent DVC, would I be able to link it to MDE and make FP+ at 60 days out or I don't get that 60 days luxury and need to wait till 30 days for FP+?

Yes, a DVC reservation is the same as any other on-site reaervation.

You will need to link both the room reservation and park admission to MDE in order to make advance FP+ selections beginning at 60 days from check-in. If you don't link park admission, you can't make advance FP+ selections.

I am renting from a friend and made my fast pass plus reservations right away at 60 days. (For what it's worth, we logged in at midnight eastern time and did our fast passes that night instead of waiting until the morning )
