Hi there...

Were going to Disneyland in Feb 2005 and I'm wondering about renting a condo instead of a few hotel rooms. Does anyone know where I can find one? I'm thinking that it will end up cheaper in the long run since I can cook dinner there at night and breakfast in the morning (except on days we go to Goofy's Kitchen ;) ) If not, does anyone have any other ideas about where to stay with a group of 10??

One more question, does anyone know what the park hours usually are in February?

Thanks a lot!
Susan

Okay, I did a google search for you and found this house for rent that will accomadate up to 10: http://www.10kvacationrentals.com/lodging/ca/anaheim/
no pool though. Can't vouch for the place. I live in Orange county so don't have a need to rent a place to visit DL.

There are very few condos/timeshares available in the Anaheim area. You have to understand that the park opened in 1955, before the concept of condos and timeshares, and a suburban community quickly built up around the park. Two timeshares in Anahiem that I did come up with are Dove Cove and Peacock suites. The reviews on tripadvisor range from quite mixed for the Peacock and mostly bad for Dove Cove.

Hopefully someone else on the board can give you some other options that will work for your large family.

I would also price out some 2 bedroom suites at some of the motels on Harbor, it is just so nice to be in walking distance.

We stayed at the Grand Californian 2 weekes ago and had a bunk bed room. The bunk beds also have a trundle bed that slides out from under the bottom bed. So that room would be able to sleep 5 if 3 of the people are kids. And there was a connecting door to the room next door. If that room also had the bunk bed setup you would be able to handle 10 people (6 in bunks).

<font color=navy>A good choice is Best Western Raffles - the limit is 8 people, but maybe you can get two smaller suites.

One that I really like is Residence Inn by Marriott. Again, their limit is 6 or 8 people, but they do have a full kitchen, plus they offer breakfast, and something light in the afternoons during the week.

What about sleeping bags for the condos/homes that sleep 8 or so?
