Can you rent a bike at FW for your length of stay, or do you have to pick up the bike and bring it back each day?

Thanks for the info,

You can rent the bikes for the entire length of your stay. Just tell them how long you need the bikes when you make your reservations for the bikes (which you can do in advance) or when you go to the Bike Barn.

That is not correct. Bikes cannot be rented for length of stay at the Fort. Golf Carts can, but not bikes. Bikes can only be rented while the Bike Barn is open, from 9am to 5pm or something like that.

Bikes are rented at an hourly rate, which can get expensive. If you are interested in having a bike for the length of your stay, it would be more cost effective to go to walmart and buy one.

I think there is a daily rate of around $20, but it looks like you have to turn them in at around 5PM or so. :lmao: As you suggested go to WW and buy one for well under $100 and if you can find someone that is overlapping your stay you could do a "bike swap" with them buying them from you something like the POPS/AS refer swaps. :confused3 I would bet that even if the next person doesn't overlap you could arrange to leave the bike say locked up near the marina for a day or two and provide the next person with the combo to the lock and provide them with a positive way of identifying the correct bike(s). I doubt anyone would cut the lock and remove the bike until it's obvious it's been there a looong time, but that's just a guess.:woohoo:

Why not bring them with you from home?
There's all kinds of bike racks available for any budget to hook to your vehicle or trailer. We load ours(4-6 bikes) into our trailer(22'sunline) to take on all of our camping trips.

I am thinking of renting a cabin from Disney, don't have our own camper. Riding a bike around the campgrounds is one of my favorite activities, but I suppose I will definitely have to limit that experience!

Thanks for the information and suggestions.
