Renting at OLCC

I am sorry I keep asking so many questions. We might be renting from an owner that owns 3203. I am confused again, do we stay in that unit or are we assigned another one. I think I would rather be assigned another one and maybe get one closer to a pool. Has anyone ever rented on from an owner? I am using a timeshare company on the internet. Thank you for bearing with all my questions.

think it would depend on whether or not the person has done an exchange, or you are actually renting the week they own

if it is the latter, you would be in their unit during your stay...

the former, you might be able to ask for placement
