Renting an RV for a Fort Wilderness stay

A lot of people assume that renting a camper and a site will be much cheaper way to do Disney and not realize they can get more for the same or even less. A buddy of mine priced out a trip to FW with his own RV and compared to renting points through David DVC rental, he's stayed at FW numerous times. He said he was amazed at where he could stay for just a little bit more money through David's and get mousekeeping and more room.
After staying on property for many years doing moderates and deluxe resorts I wouldn't stay anywhere else but the Fort. We love our RV and it's a lot larger and more comfortable than any room we've stayed in. Plus, it's home. The site gives a lot more move around space than a resort room. We really don't care about going to the parks any longer but have found that in times when everything is open there is enough activities to enjoy without ever leaving the property. We have to do laundry, cook, and clean up the RV no matter where we go so not having someone else do it isn't a thing. I guess if we were only looking at cost there are a lot cheaper places to stay at than Ft. Wilderness, and we do check them out. Finally, We're only about 30 minutes from the gate (24 minutes our last trip in October) and it's a nice staycation, plus it lets the coach get out of the garage and run some.

If you have a tow vehicle, you can also look through Outdoorsy and just tow it in and set it up yourself.

We just booked a trailer from Meacham's RV who Disney approves of and they do have units which are pet friendly and they deliver and set up.
I am looking at doing a little staycation for my birthday in early March and renting an RV and staying at Fort Wilderness.

As I don't own an RV I was looking for recommendations of places to rent from. Bonus points if they company will bring the RV and set it up.

Also, I do have one dog I would like to bring. Do RV rentals charge extra if you have a pet?

I just figured out the difference of renting the trailer plus a Premium campsite for our daughter or them staying in a cabin (2 adults, 2 children) and the trailer rental is $1042.60 USD cheaper. Mind you that is for a non-pet friendly trailer so not sure if you took your pet what the difference would be but surely not enough to justify staying in a cabin unless you want Mousekeeping.

The only thing that's going to kill us is the added currency exchange.
