Renting a golfcart?

So we are now booked for a cabin the first week of Dec. 2011. We want to rent a golfcart from Kenny i hear he is the best. My question is how far in advance do i need to call him to make the reservation? And we want to rent it for about 9 days does anyone know his prices?
