Renting a bike

If I want to rent a bike for the week do I need to make ressies? Or generally are there enough bikes to get around? Im going in October the week of Columbus day weekend... if that makes a diffrence.... Also should I bring a bike lock with me if i want to leave the bike parked at the dock area to take the boat to the park or even if im far away from the bus stop and want to ride the bike there (im a bit lazy but i love to bike ride)

I've always seen plenty of bikes in the storage room, so I don't think you'll have trouble getting one. However, I don't think you can keep the rental bikes overnight, so you may want to try to bring your own.

We bring our own and I never lock mine. I'm sure some people do, and perhaps one day I'll regret that decision, but it would just be an excuse to get myself a new bike!
