Other then the hotel, is there any rentals in Celebration? Are there any houses for rent inside the town?

None of the home developments listed at that celebrationhomes.net websites are actually in Celebration. They are all outside developments.

It is my understanding that one of the covenants to owning property in Celebration is that is cannot be rented out. It must be owner occupied.
