Rental Home Question...help!!!!

I have a question. I am ready to book a villa in the Eagle Pointe development. I got a reply from an inquiry I made at onlinefloridavillas.com It had the link to see it etc. We have been corresponding back and forth with the owner, and she accepted our booking last night, and sent the booking form/terms & conditions this morning. Now when I hit the link to look at the pictures ( to realaxingly look now that I know we have somewhere ) It says sorry we cannot find the page you requested. If I put in the ref number of the home (the one on the first reply to my inquiry) it says there is no such villa with that number. I know it was there when I looked before, because I have been showing it to my husband. It does have its own website (which I linked to from a web address on the booking form. But it is like it is just the owners own website, not in anyway linked to the onlinefloridavillas site that I first got the inquiry reply from. Should I be worried?? How can I find out if this is legit? What websites can I check this out on? I just dont want to give my money to something that is not legit and then get down there and have no house for two weeks!! HELP!!! thanks!!

You can go to the county and see if they are the true owners. I am assuming this is in osceola county and here is the web site.

This is what I suspect happened. We as owners are offered websites for at first a nominal fee or sometimes free. She might have expired on that particular web site. Ask she will be able to tell you why they are no longer with the site. You might be doing her a favor seeing that is how you saw her home in the first place. She might want to sign for longer with the site.
