rental car code wn333-what is it??

I found this code on one of the other threads and can reserve a minivan for a week for 189.99 from dollar-$20 less than I had. Does anyone know where this code came from and if there are any restrictions to who can use it.

Any help appreciated.

It is from Southwest Airline's web-site. I tried it too and it saved me over $40 on my ten day rental in Oct.
