Rent/Transfer

I don't know how detailed I can get so I will be as vague as I can to get my question answered. I have ___ 2011 points that expire late fall. I have ___ 2012 points that I need to bank in the next month. I want to get rid of all of them. I would prefer to rent the 2011 banked points and do a transfer for all of the 2012 points because they have not been banked yet. My question is: If I try to do both at the same time and someone wants to transfer the 2012 points, can I do that before using the 2011 points?

At any given time, you can transfer any current use year points or next use year points that have not been banked or borrowed. That you have other points that have already been banked is irrelevant.
