Renewing vows?

Does anyone know if my husband and I would be able to renew our vows anywhere on Disney or on a Disney cruise? I've wanted to do this for quite some time. We are going to cruise from 10/31/10-11/3/10, and then stay at POR for a few days. Thanks for any info you can share!

Thank you so much for the info! We're expecting our 4th (and final) baby in March, 2009, so it'll give me a year and a half to lose the weight to hopefully fit in a little white dress again!

It is only going to be me, my husband and our children, so is one package or place to do it better than another for our small group?

The VR on DCL is $1500 onboard, and $2500 for Castaway Cay, for 2009. An Escape VR at WDW starts at $4500 for 2009. Either one will be fine for a small group like yours, you just need to decide which location you prefer.

my dh and I are renewing our Vows on the Wonder 12/10/09! We have 18 total in our group right now. and Patty (pjstevens) just did her VR on the Wonder with just her and her DH. We'll be glad to help you out with any questions!!

I got in touch with someone from Gifts of a Lifetime and she gave a price of about $345. The only thing that stinks is that you can't dress up. Oh well...I have plenty of time to plan.

$1500 is not due until final payment (about 75 days out from cruise) so you have plenty of time to pay for it..In fact, we paid off our cruise at the 105 day mark (to get the concierge bookings) and put it on Disney Visa who offer another 6months interest free. We just paid it off this month

Thanks so much for the info! One reason I planned the cruise so far in advance was so I could have plenty of time to pay on it without feeling I'm shorting myself. I'm a nurse, so I have a lot of opportunities to work extra shifts for the money. I plan on paying the cruise off by next year, then booking a 4 night stay at POR after the cruise. If it seems I'm paying it off nicely, then I will seriously consider this. I'll keep everyone posted!!
