Renaissace Sea World Question

I'm looking at a last minute SW LL trip in late July. I can get a good rate at the Renaissance SW. My question is about the larger waterslide. Does anyone know the minimum height?? My kids are 45" and 44" tall.

My other option for the same nightly rate is the spring hill suites SW. There parking is free and they have breakfast. Which would you pick??

I just looked at their website and it says, "All riders must be at least 42 inches tall to ride big slides."

I stayed at the Ren with a super cheap Priceline rate and loved it. They charge you for Internet in your room (free in the lobby) and they charge to park. No free breakfast. They had nice free kids activities. They came around giving out ice cream each day for free ( not sure if we were just lucky on that!).

I would stay there again for sure. But you could weigh the price in the end if you plan to eat breakfast, have a car, etc.

I love the renaissance because they valet park hybrid cars for free! The poolmareanwas great for little kids ut my ds12 was bored. He probably would have had fun if he had some friends there though. It is geared to smaller kids.

Good to know about free hybrid parking. I drive a cmax. The pool is a big draw. Lt looks like my 4 & 6 year old fish would love it. Then we can go to sw in the am, leave for lunch and a swim then return foe the night.

4 to 6 will like it! It says teens on heir website. I do not think it is geared for teens at all. I would say 10 and under. They have a nice regular pool too. Have fun!!

I would stay there again or sure, we are doing Hilton grand on our next sea world trip but have the same plan as you! SW, pool, SW.
