Remy wine list? (I swear I searched first!)

Just booked Remy dinner for our upcoming cruise in August. Probably not interested in doing the actual wine pairing, but I've been trying to search for the wine list they offer in Remy (is it by the bottle? by the glass? both). I cannot find a wine list online. I swear I have searched everywhere, including here ;-) Could someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

I don't recall ever seeing a wine list posted here. They do offer wines by the bottle and by the glass. Whichever works for you. Just be aware that Remy has some high-end wines that are very pricy. Lots of good less expensive wines as well.

I suspect that it changes too frequently. We met with them prior to one of our dinners and just ended up going with the pairing. I couldn't decide how to properly pair for a progression of proteins with only one type of wine. And when I found out that they do a champagne pairing, that was it for me. Decision made!

The sommelier at Remy will meet with you after you have ordered to discuss appropriate wine(s) to pair with your meal. I don't drink wine, but my husband and son were quite pleased with the wine they had (and were able to find one at a comfortable price point).

You can do wine by the glass- we did. And it wasn't over the top pricey. Just let the sommelier know- they make you very comfortable. Where we went over the top was having a special glass with the waygu beef course. LOL Oh well- we had fun for a very special anniversary dinner
