My DH and I loved our last visit to Chefs! He'll be excited to know that Remy is there. Ratatouilli is one of our fav movies:goodvibes

Saw this at Chefs last night.
The gal we saw use to be at the beloved and dearly departed Adventurer's Club. One of her characters was Yvette the French Canadian maid. So I find it appropriate she is in Chefs. ;)
She can really sing. Too bad they don't add that to the act. She is great; funny and personable. (The heck with the rat. :lmao: )
I will return to Chefs in the near future just to see her. :thumbsup2
Also, if you are there to see Remy, sit more towards the center of the rooms, next to the walkways.
We sat windowside and the entertainment did not come down that aisle. Which was understandable since there really is not room to push a food cart through there.

Also, I did not pay attention to the time I first noticed them. But if I had to guess when I first saw her and the cart it was around 6pm. If scheduling around that I just would not be there at opening.

This sounds like so much fun. We were already planning to add this restaurant to our ADR line up. I hope we catch a glimpse of Remy.

We saw Remy at Chefs last week. So cute and the lady was hysterical.

Wow, I am happy to hear that. Especially now that I have heard about the Adventurers Club cast member participating. How fun!

Remy, the not-so-silent fourth partner in the restaurant, greets his guests daily at lunch until approximately 6 pm.
I don't know what Chef's operating hours are, but they do close between lunch and dinner.
I think Disney Dining starts accepting ADRs for 4:50, but I don't recall ever seeing them pulling the podium out and actually start seating people until 5pm. They may pull the podium out at 4:50. I don't recall ever being seated until just after 5.
And last night we were waiting on dessert when we saw her come near our table.
I made sure to tell the manager on the way out how great she is. :thumbsup2

Oh! I hope, hope, hope Remy will make an appearance during our lunch at Chefs in April! It will be our first time at Chefs, and I just found this thread today and I'm so excited!

I have plans to make an ADR on the 31st of August (Monday). I'm cutting it close!!!

My DBF and I love Ratatouille, but I don't know if it's worth eating such an early dinner to see Remy... 5pm? Maybe if I make it for 5:30 we'll still be able to see him at his last time around... I prefer eating later, but Remy looks too cute... I don't want to pass him up! Decisions, decisions. Especially because he won't be there forever.

I just called this morning and got an ADR at Chefs for our trip in two weeks and was so excited to see Remy until I just read that he is not there on Sundays. Of course that's the day our ADR is for and I really won't be able to make it any other day.

Has anyone confirmed that he's not there on Sundays?

I have read at least two reports other websites that say he will not be there on Sundays.

Of course, I have 2 ADR's at CdF and they both are on Sundays!!! I have a solo trip coming up in June, so that's will be my chance to see Remy!! I'm actually set for the Quick service DP, but I'm going to make an exception!

I tried making an ADR this morning at 11:00 am for 6/13 (this is right at the 90 day mark) and was told that there were no more reservations available for that day. It seems Remy is having a great impact on reservations.

This is such exciting news!

I wanted to book Chefs de France for our arrival night next trip. This seals it! I was thinking 5:00 to give us plenty of time to eat and get a good spot for Illuminations. It will fit perfectly to see Remy too.

I got an ADR yesterday (Saturday) for 6/18 at 12:30pm. She said there was availablity.

I'm guessing future dates will be more difficult.

Thank you, DISer's for the hot tip! After 45 minutes on hold I just got 4:50 ressies for 3/20 -- its dd's 7th birthday and I'm not sure who is more excited about this, me or her... She is "over" the princess meals, so this is perfect!

:rotfl2: As I read this aloud DH says " Remy can't work everyday, he needs a day off too!" :rotfl2:

I tried getting an ADR yesterday for dinner on 06/17 and 6/18 with no luck. In fact a lot of the Epcot restaurants were booked for those two days. We only had a few choices for each of the two nights. (Akershus was also booked.)

I managed to get a 9:10 at Chefs de France on June 2nd. The CM said there were no other times available! :scared1: She felt that the new system may not have loaded the tables correctly because she said traditionally she hasn't seen it book that quickly.

I also have a 6:30 at Tokyo Dining, so I'm thinking we will stop in for a few sushi rolls at 6:30. Wander World Showcase. Watch Illuminations from the French bridge and then go have French Onion Soup and Dessert at Chefs de France :thumbsup2 Not ideal, but it works out well :)

I just read that Remy only makes appearances once at dinner at 5 PM . . . does anyone know if this is true?!?!

This is where I saw it: http://micechat.com/forums/walt-dis...e-france-photos-video-flower-garden-pics.html

(I hope I can post that)

I finally got an ADR on a Monday at 5:30. First we had a Sunday ADR and I read that he wasn't there Sundays . . . now am I "outta luck" because we're going to be a half hour too late?!?!
