Remy ( ratatouile ) at Chefs de France

Chefs is getting REALLY popular now. I tried to get an ADR for July 4th lunch but nothing was available. Now, I'm just going to try for ANY lunch during our trip.

I just got an ADR for July 4th lunch yesterday! 12:30. Try again.

Hi lissiesmum! We had lunch at Chefs and Remy came by our table! He is just adorable -- so cute, and he squeaks and interacts with people. I left it as a surprise for my DD and that was so much fun. He only spends a minute or so at each table, but it was a really neat experience.

I booked the lunch months ago because I though it would be nice, then I was so excited to find out about Remy. The food was great, too, as was the service!

I hope that you & your DD have as much fun with Remy & the Poly as we are!

I wish I had left it as a surprise for my DD. Now I'm worried that we'll get there and we won't see him I booked a Wednesday night at five pm...what do you think my chances are of seeing him?

We currently have it booked for Sunday the 28. But I have Yak booked for the 4th? where did I think we were going on the 4th? Yikes I have to reshuffle tomorrow.

It took 4 different tries, over a period of a month, but I was able to book a lunch ADR for June 16th yesterday.

We always do EPCOT on the 4th of July, never seems that crowded.

In order to fit in Chefs de France we've now got three ts meals that day!
Breakfast: 8:20 PSB
Lunch: 12:30 Chefs de France
Dinner: 7:30 Rose and Crown (hoping for the elusive Illuminations patio table)

I figured even if DH and I only ordered soup and split and entree at Chefs de France that will be okay. When I saw the video of Remy I just had to try and do it.

I hope you get to see him. I wasn't sure if we would, so my DH asked about him. The seaters pretended not to know anything about him, but then he came out with his handler. We lucked out in that he came to our table first, so our DD was really surprised when he showed up!

well i'm glad you posted this...i would've flipped if they pretended not to know what I was talking about I have booked a lunch at one o'clock and dinner at five, just in case I miss him at lunch I can try again at dinner. Unfortunately, DD has declared he is the only character she wants to see for her birthday so I must do what I can to make sure she sees the rodent!

It sounds like you've got it covered! I was worried, but DH said that they seemed so oblivious to who Remy was that he was certain that they were acting. I sent him to ask b/c I didn't want my DD to be suspicious.

By the way, my DD & I split a lunch special and it was more food than we could finish! It was quite tasty.

Thanks! We both will love the mac & cheese so it just makes sense to split it rather than order her a kids meal she won't eat. I can't wait to see Remy, I think I'm just as excited as she is

That's really good video! Thank you so much for sharing. Don't think I've ever heard La Vie En Rose sung quite that way. LOL

Soooo wish they'd keep Remy there another year so we'd have the chance to see him live.

Here's a link to my Chef's review. We ate lunch there on 8/1, a Saturday at 2:30. It was empty. Remy was awesome. Food was great, so glad we booked this!
