Remy Passholder Preview

I’m using chat on MDE sent message 30 mins ago still waiting.
I sent a chat at 9:30am. At 10:40am, right before my eyes, the screen updated to show I sent the chat at 10:40 am. While I was at Lowe’s, it updated again to show I sent it at 12:10. I have kept the chat screen open this entire time, so I have no clue what is happening or even if I’m in the queue. I did see a person on Twitter get a response - it was to call the IT number that had the three-hour wait.
 
Mine is also a recovery AP. He is still working on this. I am actually on a Zoom work call while they do this 🤣
 

Very true :crazy2: I am hoping by leaving after 6/7pm I-4 west then 75 south will be somewhat moving but Monday of a holiday weekend I have my doubts.
That is always a terrible exit. That's how we get home and no matter what time of day it's a cluster.
 
Apologies if this has been addressed several pages back.

When I click on the link, the primary & registered guest that show up are people in my Friends & Family but not me. I am currently chatting about it.

I know I got a Recovery Annual Pass earlier this year, and the CM at that time mentioned something about the AP systems switching over. Does the fact that it's a recovery AP have anything to do with my problems, I wonder? Or is this just a typical Disney IT mess?

omg, thank you. I got the exact same thing. I thought I was going crazy. We all have recovery passes (6 of us) and no one can get in except husband who gets our friends refilled in. This stinks
 
I think I’ve registered & gotten a spot, but I have no notification to indicate as such. Did Those of you that successfully registered get an email or does it show up on your plans?
 
I started a chat because I didn’t want to spend hours on the phone with IT, but it has yet to be answered.
Really?? That is one of the numbers I have tried multiple times... and keep getting "all busy..... call back" then disconnect.
I've been on hold with VIPassholder for 47 minutes after trying for 30 just to get through.

No confirmation email and not in MDE plans. I did print the confirmation. I don't recall if I got email confirmations after the other passholder previews.

I got an email almost immediately. But as I've lamented on this thread, it was only for me, no one else in my family showed up- and I couldn't log in as my husband and register as him so it's no better than not getting in myself.
