Remy dessert experience questions

Before my booking window opens for my cruise on the Fantasy this summer, I'm hoping gather some information about the Remy dessert experience. Is it only offered on sea days? What time(s) is it typically offered? I initially thought it was an evening thing (many years ago I had an incredible late night dessert buffet on a Disney cruise) but then I saw another thread mentioning an afternoon Remy dessert reservation. Any other advice for someone who's never done it before?

The dessert experience is usually offered on sea days and, sometimes, on a less popular port day. When the Dream was regularly sailing to Nassau on 3/4-night cruises, the experience was usually offered on Nassau day and on sea days. Anyway, it's offered in the afternoon.

And it's always tasty! Try everything, even if you don't think you'll like it.

For the Fantasy 9 night this summer, it is only on 1 of the 3 sea days. Offered at 3:15 PM.

For our Fantasy 5 night in April, where we are going to Nassau, they are only offering on the sea day, but it is sold out so I can't see the time.

When we did it on the Dream last year, it was mid-afternoon. I did the wine pairing and enjoyed the whole experience.

We just booked this for our 1st sea day. It's at 3:15pm. 1 hour. It was only offered on one of our sea days.

Like you, I remember that late night dessert buffet! Years ago. Shame that isn't offered any longer. It was amazing! Looking forward to this Remy experience.
