Several years ago I bought a small resale contract and had it put in mine and my two adult daughters' names. I now want to remove my name and just let it belong to them. Can I do this?

Yes, you need to get some forms from DVC and pay some small fees.

You'll need to have a new deed recorded and go through ROFR which is automatically waived in this situation as long as it's gratis. Minimum cost would be recording the deed and ROFR, usually about $40 if you do it all yourself, you can get it down to about $150 if you want someone else to do it but even then you'll likely have to start the ROFR process. That assumes no loans tied to the contract. For this situation there aren't many circumstances where it's really worth it but it varies.

Just did this with 2 contracts. LT Transfers handled all the paperwork including new deeds and contacting Disney.
I think it was around $180 per contract.
