Removing a person from a package

We have a trip planned for Fort Wilderness in November. My son, who is taking online college classes, is fairly sure he can go with us so I have him on the package with tickets. If he decides he cannot go last minute are we able to remove him and just pay the 50$ change fee? Also is this something we can do online after we do online check in?

Yes, you can remove him even after you do online check-in. You will have to call in to remove him from the reservation. They have changed the cancellation and change policy up until December 31, 2020, so you shouldn't be charged a change fee:
