Going in a month There is nothing at 7am. Have checked multiple times during the day. So I totally agree with randumb0!

Otherwise, we will need to get up at the crack of dawn to get in line on our day.

Our AK day is a 2 in crowd level and still nothing.

Touring Plans is saying only a 38 minute wait first thing in the morning without a FP but I'm finding that hard to believe.

I don't know about the AK attractions, but I was able to score both SDMT and Frozen yesterday, for 2 people, after trying for over a month. It's all timing.

We figured we were destined to stand in those lines forever. Obtaining these FPs was awesome!

No. It's doubtful they'll do what they did before
That was due to their re-evaluating the number of FP offered per hour. They do this after a ride's been open for an X number of months. It's not normal for them to do it more than once. Not impossible but not normal. They've done the 1 update for FoP. I wouldn't expect another.
But, that doesn't mean they won't release more. As others said, they will release some for extended hours and they release some for various other reasons too.
We got same day FP for FoP on several occasions too.

I believe they dropped a few same-day FOP yesterday. We picked some up for 2:45 at around 11:30. The folks in front of us in the FOP FP queue had picked them up around the same time, and the CM said that they have been doing that occasionally.

There is a drop of same day FP every day. The time is posted in the Pandora thread here (sorry, I can't recall what it is, it's an odd time, I think it's actually twice a day)
But, it's not "a bunch" like they did back in Sept

Sadly, that same-day drop hasn't occurred for almost two weeks now.

I think the poster that originally shared that info also noted that the daily drop would probably be temporary. It seems that prediction has come to fruition.
