They cancelled the contracts and gauged their prices from .85 to 1.85 a gallon of propane.
Yesterday their delivery guy came over to fill my tanks again and I went out to ask him how much it was a gallon yesterday, his answer was .85 a gallon!!
Here is what happened...the company freeked out three weeks before because refineries were holding back on fuel and it was hard to find any fuel. He says in the last two weeks a lot of customers cancelled their fill ups for the same reason I did and that created a major problem alongside with the attorney general's office stepping into the problem. Little that they know that I was if not the only one, one of the people who reported this to the AG's office.
But isn't it funny how they came down this month?? BTW they also agreed that my price for my last fill up is the same, not what they wanted to charge me.
