Hi Everyone!

Trying to catch up. You are all doing great!

I spent the past week camping in Yellowstone and it was beautiful. I also had my last day at work on August 1st so, I'm trying to get used to not working there after 30 years. So far, it just feels like I'm on vacation. Still a bit freaked out about the whole situation but, sometimes change is good.

I have totally fallen off the 'Atkins' wagon I am going to weigh tomorrow but it scares me to death to see the damage I've done.

Back on tomorrow!
