I've really enjoyed this series that PBS has been doing.
I'm glued to the TV every time.
I caught a couple the last night. They ran a couple in a row. I have to say, usually the participants try to be as historically accurate as possible...I think they have "bent" the rules a little this time. If they said "Time for church" EVERYONE would attend (reguardless of what they did or did not believe. The "preacher" would not quote Shakespeare. A woman would not be able to say anything at the pulpit...I could go on & on. A big part of the entertainment of these shows, is to try to (as much as possible) live like they did. This group (with a few exceptions) is not "playing along" as well as previous groups.
