Went to Ariel's for the dinner show. Our dinner was fabulous. Probably the best yet at DL. Well...besides Napa.
The best seats of WoC were taken, so we were at the fence just to the left of that big box thing in the 3rd tier. Too far to the right, and you get the stair people in front of you. I thought we did pretty good.
Loved the show. Absolutely beautiful. Totally worth it. But.....

I still loves me the fireworks. There is just something about it, that gives me the chills every time I watch it.

I voted for F!, back when the thread was new. But I had a really hard time with it. All these shows are so good, it's hard to pick. So I love the fact that the vote is so close! It represents how I (and apparently, most people) feel about these excellent shows. At the time of this posting, F! and RDCT are tied!

We just returned from VGC this afternoon. My DH was waiting to get into DCA Sunday morning to take his walk when they started handing out WOC Fast passes. We were able to get the 10:15 show in the blue section. Stood in line at 9:15 and went straight to the rails by the fire hydrant. PERFECT spot for an overall viewing of WOC. My SIL LOVED it...and I mean LOVED it. We had been watching it for 2 nights from our villa balcony and she was even more blown away from this vantage point. Was still talking about it when we left them at LAX. Last year, she saw F! for the first time, love that but likes fireworks better, but if she could vote she would vote for WOC

They have added/changed a few elements of the show. They added the new pirates movie before the Lion King segment and changed the effects. There are additional lights/lasers on the Screamin' coaster...way cool.

Also talked to another guest who knows someone...you know the rumor mill.
He said that WDW is looking into the feasibility of doing a similar show at Epcot. JUST HERESAY folks...but interesting.

We were just in DL a few months ago, and saw WOC for the 1st time. Awesome show just like the others! My favorite has always been Fantasmic and Electric Parade ( I know not in the vote ) but they're all Great! I think I just have to get back there sooner than 3 yrs. next time! I guess I'll have to call it a 3 way tie this time!

Fantasmic is good. It was close between WoC and RDCT. I chose RDTC. I am a fireworks junkie.

Excellent poll.

I went with Dreams fireworks. Always loved the FW, so this is nostalgia for me kicking in. BUT when I saw Dreams properly (from hub), I was SOOOO blown away I was in tears. Happy ones.

F! is good, and we saw it opening summer back in oh... what ? 94 or something like that? 92? LOVED it then. Wish they would update it though, in someway. Murphy is impressive though. I always enjoy it, but don't feel bad if I miss it.

W.o.C. Oh WOC. I have this love/hate thing with it. Awesome show. Beautiful to see and hear. HATE the logistics of it. Hate it. Would rather have a 3rd show nightly PAID option that wouldn't involved waiting, then more waiting, then standing and waiting. and standing. Wouldn't that be COOL? Like they do the first two shows closer together and then have a 3rd paid SEATED show? where they would haul in stadium seating... benches... ANYTHING... and you could come in 20 mins before show time. I'd PAY for that.

I also find it uncool that the WOC show takes down the arcade games, Screamin, Goofy's, Zephyr, Jumpin Jellys, Swings, Funwheel. Gee, not like it affects much elese AYE?

I voted for Fantasmic.

I just saw WoC for the first time on Saturday and was slightly disappointed. The technology is great, but the show rushes through as many clips as it can and it lacks any real heart. "Time to Say Goodbye" at the Bellagio fountains does more for me.

Nothing compares to the Mark Twain lighting up at the very end of Fantasmic. It gets me every time.

I voted for Fantasmic for it's uniqueness to Disneyland. (yes, I know it's in Florida, too, but ykwim!)

The fireworks are undoubtedly spectacular. Disney possibly does them better than anyone, though I understand some of your 4th of July can be quite spectacular as well. So, I don't necessarily need to come to DL to see fireworks per se....

World of Colour is, indeed, breathtaking. The scale it employs is unrivaled...but admittedly I saw the precursor to this show at the Bellagio in Vegas...again Disney does it much, much better, but it is not unique to DL....

Fantasmic is uniquely Disney. It is the ONLY place I can see a show like this....and the awe and wonderment it instills is unparalleled. I have to confess that we saw it for the first time in November, after numerous trips to both DL and WDW...and were stunned! This trip will be the first time our 21 year old son has seen Fantasmic, and I have booked the dessert package for our family. Can't wait to see his reaction!!!

All three are wonderful in their own rights...and are must do's every trip....but if I had to pick, it would be Fantasmic!
