Remember Dreams Come True, Fantasmic or World of Color? Which is your favorite?

I guess I'm one of the few people that wasn't overly impressed with WoC. It was ok, but nothing like Fantasmic to me. There was no story line, it just sort of rambled along, and the projections on the watersheets seamed to be out of focus.

Same here. I think the story and showmanship puts F! on top of WoC for me.

Wow this was a great idea for a poll. I have to say that it was very hard for me to decide as well.

It came down to RDCT and Fantasmic! for me. RDCT, the original and not shortened version that sometimes show, was the winner though. I love all the special effects on the castle, the fireworks that shoot up on the HM part, and the firing of shots from the matterhorn and the other side of the castle. It is amazing. It is far and away the best fireworks. Fantasmic! is a very close second. It really is hard for me and with the new dragon which I believe really has stepped up the whole show. It gives me chills when Murphy shoots fire into the water.

Yeah its the lack of cohesive story that made me not vote for WoC. The blurriness of the projections didn't really bother me though, its not like the F! projections are crystal clear either.

IMO the point of WOC is not the story but the celebration. The message is let's celebrate Disney's world of color.

The nice thing about WoC is they can program a new show whenever they wish to using the technology as well. It would be nice to see a few tweeks and possibly some holiday specific shows as well after the newness wears off a little.

Don't get me wrong, I think WoC is great. It definitely feels more "epic" than F!. Mickey is just so awesome in F!

It really is an embarrassment of riches that we have to debate which of these 3 A+ shows is the best.

I've not seen world of colour (yet) so I won't vote, but I've seen the other two so can offer my thoughts between those, which is that I think remember dreams come true is by far the better show.

I love the way they incorporate the dedication speech and take you round the park - I saw it on my first ever night at Disneyland 2 years ago and I thought it was incredible - I'm really looking forward to it next month

OK, I love Fantasmic at Disneyland, I've been seeing it there several times a year since it first opened. I won't bother to see it at Walt Disney World because it just doesn't have the same magic for me there.

I'm totally blown away by World of Color and have seen it 4 times from inside California Adventure and numerous times from my DVC Villa at the Grand Californian,

But my very favourite by far was the Remember Dreams Come True fireworks, the full long version shown during the 50th celebration. And best of all was the night of July 16, 2005, we watched it from the reserved seating at the train station right behind Art Linkletter. It was fantastic! The next night, we were exhausted and watched from the top of the parking structure. That's when I discovered that cars are scarred of fireworks.

What a difficult decision to make. I voted for Fantasmic not just because it is a great show but also because of the wonderful memories we have because of it. RDCT is a very close second. If they still showed the complete version it might even tie F. WoC is a awesome show but seemed to overwhelm with its scope rather than the Disney magic. But still all three are worth the price of admission and any hassle it takes to get a 'good seat'.

I voted for the fireworks because it is consistent and has a better method of seeing it.

Fantasmic is inconsistent with the dragon breaking down, eels are there, eels aren't there, etc.

World of Color is nice but it also depends on where you sit. I had the dining package and was in the handicapped section and still couldn't see the domes that occaisionally pop and apparently play things on there. (could anyone tell me what is played on there?)

But that doesn't mean the others aren't nice, they are, but if I were to pick one, I'd go with the consistent one.
