Release date of DVC dues?

When do they announce next years dues increases?

Is it around the same date every year or does it change?

We will find out in December - around the time of the annual meetings when we get our annual budget statements.

The proposed maintenance fees are mailed out in November each year (last year members started receiving them on/about November 20). They are not "official" until voted on by the Board at the Annual Meeting in early December. Actual statements are mailed out the last week in December and the fees are due in January and are late after February 15.

We should be getting them in another 5 weeks or so. We have always updated the annual dues history as members report the dues on the board here.

So they don't give much notice if increased but they don't go up very much anyway(hopefully, lol).
