Relax boys, the belly dancer does not want your singles! 9/2 final update p.87

:goodvibes Any pics Jenna? You are right, I sat by Emma at dinner and I have never seen her put it away like that. She was so funny! :cutie: I kept asking if she wanted this and that and she took bites of everything. I  a good eater!

The carrot ginger soup was amazing! Like unreal, best soup ever! :cloud9: And the ribs, oh the ribs....................:cloud9: I think Boma was my favorite meal of the entire trip (food wise).

I forgot you went shopping. While you shopped I took the kids swimming for 45 minutes. How do I know it was 45 minutes? Because I set my phone alarm. :lmao: I told the kids I would take them for 30-45 minutes. I was soooo tired. I had so much to drink earlier and although sober, I was ready for some zzzzzzz's. The kids were awesome and had a great time swimming. Not once did they touch the GV banister that night. ;) I think we ate almost an entire bag of cheese popcorn at the pool that night. We had a huge dinner but for some reason had room for more. :confused3 Where was Michael while I was at the pool?

I agree that it was truly one of the best days! :grouphug:

i think you can get the spray at most pet supply stores. here we have petsmart but i'm not sure what you have there.

We have Petsmart! :thumbsup2

i crate trained sherman and eli. they stayed in their crates while we were gone and as soon as i got home i let them outside because most dogs won't pee in their crates and are ready to go when you let them out. (they stay out of their crates when we're gone now because they are big boys and i don't have to worry about it any more.) also, if the dog sleeps with you or one of the kids at night be sure to put him/her outside as soon as he/she wakes up. dogs are just like us - the first thing they want to in the morning is pee! also a rolled up newspaper will do way more than any other discipline method because the noise scares them instead of actual pain. good luck! keep us updated on how it's going.

Michael said we should crate train. A guy at the FD raises Labs and always crate trains. He said the same thing: they won't potty in close quarters and to leave them in their when not home. The smaller, but comfortable crate, the better. :thumbsup2 You'll know by my FB posts if the little fatty is peeing in my house. :scared: Michael said we'll train from a place of positive reinforcement, no spanking or swatting.

:thanks: Dawn! :goodvibes

I have pics but right now they are stuck in cyber-pergatory. My transfer software is being a total PITA and will not work at the moment. And since I need to get up for "work" at 6 am tomorrow, I think I will just call it a night and try to post the pics tomorrow. Nate has already gone to bed otherwise I'd bug him to do it. ;)

I just found your TR. I'm only on page 15 so I have a way to go but, it looks like you have fun people in your group. I can't wait to read more.

And a belated Congrats on DVC! I think I would :faint: too if my husband serioulsly considered DVC.

Nancy

Hi Nancy! Welcome!!:flower3: We are a crazy fun group so feel free to join in!

:rotfl2:

I just noticed your hiatus ticker. Anything you need to tell me? popcorn:: :hyper:

no, ma'am. we aren't officially trying until august because i have dental work scheduled in july and i'm not doing that without drugs. :rotfl: but i am off the pill. we are taking "precautions" in the meantime.

speaking of that, i have to share this story. sorry if it's TMI but we're all grownups here. at least i hope we are. i was at target a couple weeks ago and i got some "precautions" while i was there (not what you're thinking but the kind a female uses). anyway, i was also purchasing quite a few other things, including luke's birthday present. well, i had his birthday stuff at the very end of the checkout thingie and i told the girl that i needed a gift receipt on all the stuff at the end. the box of "precautions" was nowhere near that stuff but somehow she picked it up and she looked at me and said, "you need a gift receipt for this, right?" UM.....YEAH.....I'M GIVING THAT TO SOMEONE AS A GIFT, GENIUS!!!!! :lmao:

:welcome: Nancy! Thanks for joining us! We really are lucky to have met each other. I like to think we are fun. :grouphug: And you have no idea how shocked :faint: I was when DH asked me if I wanted to meet with the DVC rep. :woohoo: Words cannot explain. I will post all the details when we get to that day in the trippie. popcorn::

No nakedness tonight! Nate's already asleep & I have to get up early. :idea:But, maybe that would get me out of bed in the morning......;):lmao::rotfl::rotfl2:

:rotfl2: I love you guys!!!! :rotfl:

:lmao: :rotfl:That is so funny!!!!! I can't believe she said that though. :lmao: What a twit!

So...............................
I just paid the second half of the deposit on my DVC!!!!!!!

The CM said that until it officially gets recored, the member site will still show that bright red: call member services but the points are there and I can do what I please. My plan is to call back later and check on some Mexico dates and dates for Jenna in August. :yay: I can't wait!!! :dance3:

And if that were not enough excitement:

Guinness/Cartman/Bear/Baloo comes home today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jenna love the update. It sounds like you all had a great day!!!!

Jenny congrats on the new puppy. He is so cute. Did you decide on a name yet or are you going to wait to see what he responds to?

There is, the one I am on is very slow moving. It is called Shrinking Tink: Trading Pounds for Pixie Dust. We generally only post on the days we weigh in which is Wed. Sometimes 2SP posts on it too.

:surfweb: Thanks. Going to check it out!

No name yet but I think Guinness (the beer) is in the lead. :woohoo:

Um, I'm guessing you never clicked on that link I provided you? ;)

Great update Jenna! You are right about my feelings on the AK. And I forgot about running into you guys in the store! That's right I was buying Tylenol Cold and Flu so whatever I had wouldn't return. Thankfully it didn't.

I would write more but I am quite literally on a plane waiting to take off for DL! Have a good weekend everybody. :)

I guess she didn't think before she said it, at least I hope that's the reason. That's part of why dh and I have an agreement....he get the precautions and I buy the tampons.

Just makin' sure. And :scared: to dental work. I'd rather go to the gyno!

if only they could knock you out and do both ends at once.

Just needing a little safe vent friends. :grouphug:

:scared: So out of the 7 weeks we chose to go to Mexico using our DVC points for an RCI reservation not one single week was open for a Studio or 1 bedroom  The CM explained that an RCI member who owns at the resort we want has to "give up" their week. I am not sure what "give up" means. The CM said if we get our request it will show up on the member site. :wizard: I am starting to think I may have to use my now banked points that have to be used by Nov 30, 2010 in St. George, Utah! :upsidedow I am also wondering how to convince DH that we need to try out the THV next October if this Mexico thing doesn't pan out? pixiedust:

Here is some pixiedust: for you. I hope you don't have to use your points in Utah, that just seems wrong! Did you bring your puppy home yet?

What a fun trip report so far!!!!! :thumbsup2:
I recognized your screen name and the whole gang from 'the other Disney forum' and decided to check it out. Although, I thought you were a DL girl Jenny, but I see the dark side that is WDW, has called you. ;)

About your RCI vent, I'm a RCi expert having been a member since 1977. I feel your pain, I sometimes have to request certain resorts 2 years out to get them. :scared1: Or you can put your name on a waiting list and hope a member from the Mexico resort spacebanks their time, making it available to you. Good luck in your exchange quest. Shoot me a pm if you have any RCI ??, hopefully I can answer them for you. :confused3:

I'm so excited because I just got an RCi exchange from my Hawaiian timeshare to Wilderness Lodge Villas in Nov. Of all my 8 WDW exchanges, this is the first on property since the DVC just became available through RCi. :cool1:

Can't wait to read the rest of your report, sounds like you all had a great time! :)
