I’ve been wondering the exact same thing about RIV incentives once Poly is for sale!

Contract is stripped of all points until 2025. Seller countered with listed price. I figured since some fully loaded SSR contracts have been selling in the mid-$80's (and at times even lower - looking at you @JimmyGeppetto) , I subtracted $35 pp from the asking price for the 3 years of missing points that could have been rented out and gave myself a little room for negotiation.

Do you guys feel this offer was unreasonable? If you would even bid on this contract, what would you offer?

Mine came loaded and we’re using those points over March break. Definitely was a seller who wanted out. Got lucky. Based on it being stripped not unreasonable IMO.

SSR prices north of $80 are inflated to me. Especially in this down market and there being so much SSR listed for sale.

@GrumpyInPhilly I am following your lead. I do not need points right this minute. Waiting for Poly2 but there are some interesting deals out there. Especially ones with no points for 2023, 2024, 2025.
