Reinstating Disney Visa reward dollars

A couple of years ago, we redeemed all of our reward dollars before our trip to Disney. We kept forgetting that we had the gift card (or whatever the reward card is called) and only spent some of it on our last day.

Then we couldn't find the darn thing when we got home. Is there any way for the Disney Visa Rewards people to tell if they were spent (like if we dropped it and someone picked it up and spent it) or if they are still there? If they are still there, can they reinstate them and issue a new card?

I'm sure that there is just a snowball's chance of this happening, but I thought I'd ask.

Yes and no
I lost my card once, called up,and they knew exactly what was left and reissued it
However the points expire so if it was a few yrs so, you are out of luck
