Rehire Process

Hello everyone!
I was just wondering if anyone here has been through the rehire process after being a Restricted Rehire. I had to self-term my CP last June and I was given a Restricted Rehire status. I applied for Fall 2013 and I had my phone interview, and I was pended the very next day. I'm very sure that I was pended because of my status, so I was wondering if there's anything I need to do other than wait for a decision. I heard there's additional paperwork I have to fill out; will that be mailed to me or do I fill it out electronically?

You were pended because of the need to fill out and return the paperwork. I've heard that you need to demonstrate that you've held a job since for at least 6 months.
