Reheasal DInner location ideas?

Has anyone planned a private rehearsal dinner with DIsney. Meaning you didn't just go to a restaurant like OHana's or are there places that have private dining rooms. We are thinking of Ohana's but I though it would be neet to have a theme rehearsal Dinner since mine would be taking place on St. Patricks day next year. I know the new Irish Pub will be jammed with people so I want to avoid it. I was just wandering what locations are available and if the prices were reasonable with DIsney catering. I saw pictures somones party at the GF outside derssert party and I started to get this idea of having a catered rehearsal dinner but I do not want to it turn into the cost of anther reception.

My Inlaws hosted our rehearsal dinner in the St. James Ballroom / Patio at the Boardwalk. Since they hosted it, I'm not sure what the final cost was, but I think it ran around $35 a person. We had a BBQ menu - hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, baked beans, 4 different kinds of salads, apple pie, ice cream, cup cakes - there was a ton of food, and it was a lot of fun.

We wanted a private rehearsal dinner too, so we decided to make our Illuminations Dessert Party our rehearsal "dinner" rather than going the restaurant route. We did it the night before the wedding and it was a dream come true. **ALL** of our guests were totally wowed and it really started things out VERY nicely. It was about $1,500 for our 30 or so guests.

Malibelle, there are restaurants with private rooms that may be reserved. There are minimum food and beverage fees that must be met, but that should be fairly easy to do with a group. A few of the restaurants with private rooms are the AKL’s Jiko’s, the GF’s Citrico’s, and the CR’s California Grill (they have two private rooms). Contact the restaurants to see what their minimum food and beverage fees are. Underthemistletoe used one of the California Grill’s private rooms in December for her rehearsal dinner. She said it worked out beautifully.
