Rehearsal Dinner?

Just wondering where everyone had their rehearsal dinners? We've been leaning towards T-Rex in DTD but I wanted to see what everyone else did or recommends? Anyone do T-Rex and if so any input? Thanks!

We had ours at Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue at Fort Wilderness. We loved it- DH and I had done it on a prior trip and loved seeing our friends/families faces light up with the show. The food is decent and there's all you can drink draft beer/wine/sangria

We ate at TRex the last night of our trip and it's a fun resturant, but IMO, it's really loud. There are "rain" showers every twenty or so minutes and we sat next to a moving dinosaur that wanted to eat me.

I think my parents and grandpa would love the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue! Hmm... I'll have to run this one by sweetie. We've only been to TRex once and it was an early lunch so it wasn't very loud so thanks for letting me know about dinner

We're having ours at the Hoop-Dee-Doo as well! We thought everyone would enjoy a super casual, laid back dinner since our wedding will be fairly formal. I can't wait!

@helloirishkitty, how many people did you have in your group? I think we will have about 35 adults and a couple of kids.... did they give you any discount for having a large group?

We had ours at O'Hanas at the Poly. We all had a blast. We had a few people who had never been to Disney so they got a feel for how great the place is. The lady who runs the games for the kids gave my DH and myself some special leis and marracas (sp) and we lead the parade and held the limbo stick all in all it was a fun evening and the food is great!

There were 15 of us and unfortunately they don't "discount". I asked because it was quite expensive and they said they don't do discounts for large parties through dining. I would definitely ask though, because as with most things at disney, you may get a different answer
