A box of English tea bags
A pen with a Bobby on it
A Yorkshire cook book
A Yorkshire magnet with sticky note pads
A pack of shortbread cookies
A cute postcard - Get around in English, lesson thirteen Survival English
A brochure on Cannon Hall Museum Park & Gardens
And a address book and diary gift set

I love it all and can't wait to try the Yorkshire pudding.

John said if we could figure out how to stand such a long flight we would visit England. I have family in Wales.

It's me! I filled out a postcard to put in the box, but when I returned home from the PO, the postcard was still on the table... duh! Anyway... the postcard is also on it's way - it took the slow route.

I'm glad the box made it to you and that you liked the things inside!

We have a Little Debbie plant in the same county where I live - about 15 miles away - so, even though the box says TN - I "know" they are from here! We also have a Hershey plant - but I didn't want to take the chance with chocolate.

Ok, I'm officially worried. Mine was sent out - A package I sent out on the same day has been received... the package for this exchange apparently hasn't shown up and i can't find my DC to check on it. *cries* that's what I get for cleaning out my purse. *sigh*

Hi, Jon here ... received my exchange today and I was blown away by all the treats and the wonderful recipes In short, I received lots of Tasty Kakes, Twinkies, Marshmallow Peeps (they rock!), Sno-Balls, Reeses stuff (Peanutty! ) and lots of other things that I will share with Gaspode *honest*

Many thanks to Pooh67_68, this experience has meant I'll join in with more in the future! As they say round here, the parcel you sent me was "crackin'"

It had Cadbury candy.... I promptly ate some while I looked at what else was in there!

The only problem.....how will I go back to drinking bad tea again when this is all gone????


My inlaws are travelling to London next month. I now have a list of things they can bring me: Tea, and Cadbury Crunchies!!!

That is a problem we will face here too. Luckily we don't drink a lot of tea so the box will last a while.

A box of maple cream filled chocolates
A cute moose dresses as a Mountie magnet
A cool pen with Canadian flags on it

Thanks so much for everything! Dh already broke into the chocolates and DS wants the pen...they need to get their own exchanges!!

This was me! And, just to fill you in... the chocolates are made by a Canadian Company called Laura Secord named after a Canadian (woman) war hero from the 1800s.

I'm glad you liked it! Can you believe the post office hassled me about sending magnets through the mail?!?!? LMAO..
