I got mine today - all the way from Gilroy, California!

Thanks Cindy (clhcpaca) for the wonderful goodies!

I got a very nice handmade card, some wonderful spices - Mexican Oregano, California Chili Powder and some granulated garlic. Cindy, I love these spices and I use all of these on a regular basis.

In addition, I got a 'Gilroy Goes Gourmet' cookbook - the purpose of the exchange. Cindy even highlighted her recipes in the index for me. Thanks!

I'm thinking about making the Simple Cheese Enchiladas and Black Beans for tomorrow night - recipes submitted by Cindy in the cookbook.

ETA: I almost forgot - Cindy also included a cute magnet that converts measurements. For example - 1 gallon = 4 quarts = 8 pints = 16 cups. There's all kind of conversions on this magnet which, by the way, is shaped like a measuring cup. This will really come in handy.
