You all thought I was going to ask when to make them, but no...

Anyway, how soon should I arrive before a PS?

I only have one Priority Seating "inked" for my trip, I may try and get some while I'm there.

Anybody with experience?

I suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your PS time.
This way if the restaurant is running a little behind, you may get seated promptly as anticipated. Nothing worse than arriving 5-10 minutes late, and then having to wait 15-20 minutes more.
I guess it's just a mental thing, even if your waiting the same amount of time........
