Reg. Birthdays??

So I registered myself and my DD for our birthdays. I never received any emails confirming it. And then read on here that other had gotten it right away. So I did it again. I got an email saying that I was already registered but still have not gotten anything for my daughter. And she is the one I need it for! LOL. Anyone else have this problem?

What happens if we don't receive it in time?

I got mine about a week or so before my birthday.

They are usually sent out close to the birthday, but honestly, don't worry if you don't get one. We've been twice this year celebrating birthdays, and we didn't have the paper either time...just show an ID, or if it's for a child, a copy of the birth certificate.

We've already had 3 of 4 bdays this year, DD13 and I got emails about 2 weeks before our bdays, DBF was not even registerable. I tried but it didn't work at all, it kept telling me I was entering an invalid bday. On his bday we just went to City Hall and got his fun card, it wasn't a problem at all.

What happens if we don't receive it in time?

I believe it says on the website that you should get your emaill 2 weeks prior to your birthday. Some may have gotten theirs right away if they registered with very little time prior to their birthday.

If you don't get your e-mail, no worries. You can still take advantage of the promotion, there is just one extra step when you go to Guest Relations.

It took it a couple days for my email to show up after filling out the info. I don't know about the 2 weeks thing because I already got mine and my birthday is not until November.
