Refurbished Ipod?

Has anyone bought a refurbished one...I want the full fledged expensive IPod But I don't want to spend 400$ The refurbished ones are like 200$..Are they any good?

Jenny- you should go to circut city and ask if they have an open box specials on the model ipod you want.
They sell them a lot cheaper then what they were first bought for.
You get the same warrenty, they were bought and returned anthen they sell for open box specials.
I saved so much getting my Dvd camcorder like that.

I have bought several refurbished Ipods -- never had a problem with any of them. The only time I had a problem with any Ipod I've ever owned, it was a brand new Ipod.

I have a refurbished shuffle ($29) and a refurbished 30G Video iPod ($179) and they're both in awesome shape and converted me into an iPod fiend!

They come with the warranty from Apple so you won't be stuck with it if there is a problem.

I refused to buy my son an Ipod, made him save his money and buy it himself. He bought the refurbished one and its worked perfectly. You save a lot of money that way!
