Refurbished from Apple?

I've purchased 3 refurbished ipod nanos from Apple. My dd's is the oldest and it, she's had it for 3 years and it still works great. She has a touch but doesn't keep any music on it since her nano is still working. They have the same 1 year warranty as purchasing brand new. I am getting dd a new touch for Christmas and the only reason I'm not getting it refurbed from Apple is because I cashed in my CC points for Walmart gifftcards, otherwise I wouldn't hesitate to buy another refurb from them

All of our iPhones have been refurbished. We have not had any problems with them. I think, you are safe to go with refurbished apple products. They are very reliable and go through extra testing to make sure they are of excellent quality to be sold again to the public.
