refurb rooms at DL hotel

are they doing a certain tower first?
planning a trip in Dec - is there a way to request a refurb room and be almost guarenteed? like request a view room in a certain tower?

The "Dreams" tower looked done to me this week-end when I went. The lobby isn't redone and looks like the entrances aren't finished yet, or the new spiffy elevators. However I think most of the rooms are done. I was just real friendly to the guy a check-in and asked him questions about himself so I could make a connection. He gave us a great pool view room.
