Quick question. I had a ressie with AAA for room only. I cancelled when the AP rates came out (saved me $15/night). That was 8/16. I called AAA yesterday and they said Disney hadn't refunded the money to them yet. Anyone else experience this?
sounds like AAA dropped the ball, which they tend to do sometimes.
I was waiting for a refund from last week AAA told me it takes 72 hours. Well It was past that so I emailed them, next day there it is.
I'm having trouble with AAA trying to get my refund back from when we went to Pop and had to downgrade from preferred to standard. This has been ONE MONTH and still no satisfaction.
I've called my AAA agent once, sometimes twice a week---she tells me that they will credit my Visa in 48 hours, then nothing happens. I wrote to WDW guest services and they tell me that it's AAA problem.
This whole thing started when we checked in and had to downgrade because we weren't happy with the preferred location (facing the pool). I asked right then if they would credit my Visa, and he told me it was my "travel agent's problem". So here I am.......stuck. I couldn't even get a higher ups name from WDW so that I could write a letter.
This game playing back and forth is totally uncalled for. This should have been taken care of immediately. Really a nice treat for a Disney Visa cardholder, huh?
