Refund Time Frame from Disney

I cancelled my trip on Tuesday and as of today all my money has been refunded. I am delighted and surprised by how fast it was put back on my cards. Now all I have to do is put all that money on my new reservation lol

I also cancelled a room only reservation on Tuesday. But, I haven't received the refund yet. Hopefully, soon.

Same here. I cancelled 2 FD reservations on Sunday after doing all the number crunching and I'm still waiting for it to go back to my Disney Visa. I have faith it will be back by this weekend. Hopefully.

I dont know if this is the right place for this but I have 2 reservations for the same week, one for Pop, the other for Poly. I have paid in about 3400 for the Poly trip and it looks like we might have to cancel. The Pop trip is 2640. Is there any way that any one knows of where I can call reservations and cancel the Poly trip and have the money already paid applied to the Pop trip, thus paying it off in full, and getting the rest back as a refund? Thanks in advance for any help.

It depends on how you booked each reservation. If both are booked a package then you can call and they can simply cancel the Poly reservation and apply and balance to the Pop package reservation.

The issue is when you have one as a package and another as a room only reservation. This is a little harder to handle.
