Refund question

Hello we are expecting a refund for a ticket we will not be using. Universal approved refund and I was told it would be expedited to 7 to 10 days instead of their normal 6 to 8 week refund.

Does anyone know the likelihood of actually receiving the refund within the 7 to 10 days?
