Refund! I LOVE Southwest!

I know so many people that HATE SWA. Not me, I love them! I noticed on the SWA Web site that my airfare had gone down by $80.00 so I called and asked if I would be entitled to credit or anything else just out of curiosity. They credited my Visa back the $80.00 difference. I think they are a great airline!

I agree - My family and I LOVE Southwest too. They are, BY FAR, the least expensive way for us to get from here to Orlando and many other places too. And they don't have any crazy ticket change penalties that the other airlines charge. I've been doing a lot of trip planning for my boss lately and SW has been the best deal, beating the major carriers by $500 sometimes.

I love SWA - although, I haven't been flying them lately because the security lines are always so long! - But that being said, they are one of, if not the, safest airline around!

Now you have some extra spending money!

They have been adding more check in lines to some airports, you might want to check yours.
