Sorry I can't answer on AOA, but at CR, yes, there is a small mini-fridge in the room.

Regular CR rooms do not have the microwave. The suites might, I'm not sure.

Well, not the same size as the one in the picture from the Lion King suite at AoA, no. Regular rooms that don't have kitchenettes have much smaller ones, but I would assume all regular room fridges are the same size.
