Refrigerator at Bell Services?

We will be arriving at Riviera around 10:30AM on the first day of our upcoming trip. On the way to the resort we would like to make a grocery stop but knowing the room will likely not be ready I am concerned about food in a hot car. I believe bell services has refrigerators and freezers but was hoping someone could confirm that they do. Has anyone recently had bell services at Riviera hold perishable items for you for a few hours until your room is ready?

Yes. They can do that.

I recently had this experience at Kidani. I separated the refrigerated items and pointed them out to bell services. They put those bags in the refrigerator.

Another confirmation here - all the DVC resorts have refrigerators and freezers because of the full kitchens in the villas and the number of guests who do exactly as you plan to do. So as posted above, when at the grocery, bag items separately according to the kind of cooling they need and label them or otherwise make it clear to Bell Services which bags need to go where. They’ll store them for you.

I feel like everytime we’ve done this, they tell us they can only put it in the refrigerator. It’s worked out fine, but we’ve never bought ice cream.
